Liked: Staying at Hayden’s is always a joy. The warmest of welcomes awaits, with staff who couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location perfect. Breakfast is the best I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Liked: Excellent breakfast in a pleasant sun room with a lovely view. Linen tablecloths and napkins and helpful staff. Everything was cooked fresh and was delicious
Disliked: The only ‘slight’ disappointment was the coffee which was a little weak for our tastes. We did have a second cup but it was no better! Surprising in a coffee shop?

Liked: Very friendly staff, exceptional and very attentive customer service from check-in to check-out. Lovely complimentary tea, coffee, cake and shortbread. Delicious breakfast. Great room (Indigo) with a lovely view.
