Good customer service makes the...

Liked: The Inn across the street was open for breakfast only but tasty. I would like for the Hawthorne to have a restaurant or cafe for meals. The pool was nice, and the scenic Winston Salem painting on the pool's wall was great for pictures. We stayed at the Hawthorne because of our pleasant experience at our 50th school Anniversary and remembered that the staff was very helpful and professional.
Disliked: We had to walk to find premium coffee.

Restful, enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Liked: Its proximity to Old Salem. Very comfortable and quiet despite being near the highway. Kind staff.

Great

Liked: The environment is good and strategically located to my event center, peaceful as well.
Disliked: Breakfast should be added without you having to pay extra.
