Very friendly staff, great room!

Liked: Very cute and comfy room! A lot bigger than we expected; it was like being at home.
Disliked: The bed was a little too hard for our taste but we still slept well.

Will never stay again

Disliked: The room was dirty and smelled of mildew. Bedding wasn't even cleaned. Curtains weren't clean. Kitchen wasn't stocked. Everything was falling apart, needs severe maintenance. TV had no remote and staff didnt have one for it. No phone in room. Neighbors were loud.

Disliked: One of the staff members started a fight with my brother. Then next night after we extended our stay we got a knock at the door saying we had to leave. I went up to the front desk he said he was the owner. He assumed we didn’t pay but I was able to talk to him. Im sorry but this was actually a property i wanted to choose to stay for good but after this experience never will return.

Liked: The staff was nice .
Disliked: The rooms weren’t that clean ..had to change rooms because the first room had chopped paint in the bathroom ..the sheets had paint stains and hair on them and the microwave was missing ..had to switch to a new room ..the bedding had stains on it ..the mirror was dirty ..WiFi doesn’t work really well ..but the second was spacious ..I would only stay again if it’s discounted .

Liked: Friendliest staff. The room is nice. The bed is the comfiest. Minor pest problem but seems under control at least...... no breakfast, but that's ok...... overall-- excellent value. My room was at the front of building 1.
Disliked: The minor pest problem. The price I ended up paying per month seems insane, maybe offer a discounted monthly rate. Or maybe work on making this place a co op of some sort.

Disliked: We walked into the room and the light switches were all wonky and the door wouldn’t lock, that was just the start , we then noticed a filthy couch in the middle of the room, kitchen counter was hanging off the wall by a. Thread , we didn’t touch any thing because of the amount of filth! Walked into the bathroom and BOTH mirrors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years, so so dirty and then toilet had stained and pee spots, and NO toilet papers, a couple towels in various sizes but all stained… I then decided to look at the bed and I didn’t even pull back the covers because the piece that lays over the tops was stained and cringe as well!! We immediately walked out and got a refund at the front desk and left
