Poor

Liked: The place is under renovation so it was very dirty. The room we finally got was just newly renovated but it was done cheaply. The outlets had paint on them and they did not match the decor. Things were missing from the kitchen.
Disliked: The fact that one of the outlets did not work next to the bed. It took 20 minutes to get hot water for a shower. Hardware was missing from one of the doors.

Exceptional

Passable

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: That I wasn't notified ahead of time that breakfast would not be available for my stay due to construction. There were no bath towels in my room when I took my shower.

Very disappointed

Liked: The actual room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The entire place was unsafe and under construction! The entire welcome desk and pictured living room, all the halls, and every stairway were under construction! Extreme safety hazzard. We could not allow our grandchildren to stay as planned. The pool as under construction and there was no breakfast provided as we hoped before our long ride home. Very disappointed!

Liked: The entire hotel is under complete renovation. It is a total construction zone. The hotel told us that they contacted Bookingcom but you failed to update us. A terrible experience
Disliked: Epic disaster. Complete construction/demo

Liked: The location was the only good thig
Disliked: Hotel was poorly maintained, with broken fixtures, missing bedding, doors slam shut, toilets not working, and horribly stained rugs. The lobby was also under construction and no continental breakfast was available, as advertised.

Don't go over there!

Liked: When it was time to leave, we left earlier just to get out of there.
Disliked: The renovations was unexpected, no breakfast, customer service person lied, said you will get a bagged breakfast in A.M. . In the room, the configuration was very stupid. cheap metal bed. Bed to close to draws . My husband banged his knee on the drawers. Hole in the kitchen countertop. Coffee pot filthy. we took pictures. This place does not feel safe. Elevator took forever to close. This place reeks of cheapness. It has become trash. I got up sick the next morning.

Not going there again

Liked: Not much, no breakfast or coffee due to some construction
Disliked: Booked through a 3rd party and paid... checked out and they still billed my credit card $728 and it has been over a week and they are saying...it could take about couple days...should of never been billed...when I asked the front desk why...she didn't want to look into it and said it was a hold ..called credit card company and they said it was an actual charge from the hotel...the hotel denied it...CC company said it was a signed charge put through...sucks they don't care and don't want to help
