Liked: Clean room, accommodating staff, nice continental breakfast.
Disliked: There was a lot of damage to the room when we checked in. You could tell the damages were either cheaply "fixed" or not fixed at all. We had to shove our door open because it got caught on the frame from what looks like too many break-ins. The pool smelled horrible and was cloudy. The ph needed to be checked. We did not swim. The furniture in our living room in our suite felt filthy, like it needed a good shampoo or the trash. The bed was not comfortable at all. We only stayed one night for a girls night out, so I didn't complain much, but these are not hotel quality standards.

Disappointed.

Disliked: Hotel under renovation - was not made aware of this before or after booking only when we arrived did we notice this. Construction debris dumped outside hotel. Not in a dumpster but on the ground. Understaffed. Room missing items- no shower curtain in one bathroom. Missing lightbulb in bath vanity. Old furnishings and stains on carpet. Walls in disrepair. Front desk agent had to help because there was no housekeeping on property. All exterior doors did not require room key to enter and did not see any security staff. Maybe left disabled so renovation workers could enter freely. Front desk agents were professional and friendly but could see they were somewhat overwhelmed with other duties. I feel they should have never sold us this room - it appears we were the last guests to stay before the entire building closed down due to renovations. Not expecting a 5 star experience at a 3 star facility but definitely felt shortchanged on what was expected.This property will be ideal once renovated, but for this stay, our experience was a true disappointment.

Disliked: very outdate, pealing wall paper everywhere need to go through a major overhall. WOuldnt mind paying more to stay there if hotel was more up to date.

Disliked: Cutlery was used not clean with food on them
