Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Victorville

We loved the location and the rooms were spacious and clean. Unfortunately they had a strong odor both nights we stayed but we assumed it must have been someone smoking nearby, and yes we asked for non smoking. Other than that we definitely recommend it and will be staying again. Oh and breakfast was very good! Really nice lady that was there.

Liked: It is near everything - the mall, all the food places and right next to Walmart. Breakfast was good also.
Disliked: Thin walls so you can hear a lot of noise of you have noisy people around.

Liked: Everything was amazing! We were so comfortable. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was what we asked for and we were able to make ourselves at home for 5 days. We are definitely staying there again on our next visit.
Disliked: Hmm? I can't think of anything.

A go to hotel when...

Liked: The breakfast is always plentiful and enough. Norma L takes great pride in her work and makes sure everyone has enough and is kind and friendly towards everyone.
Disliked: The small bed pillows could have been a bit softer but they served its purpose

Not awful, not great but...

Liked: I loved the location. Close to family and shopping allowed for ease every day of the stay.
Disliked: From the initial day the floor was pretty dirty and the AC was leaking leaving it to smell a little musty upon returning later in the day.Towels were not replenished after the second day which I thought was common amongst hotels as that’s what I’ve experienced in other hotels.Also since this isn’t the hotels fault necessarily but patrons on the first floor seemed it to be a good idea to slam their doors all hours of the night.
