I booked 10 rooms for my daughter's wedding. People came from different places. The hotel staff worked very patiently to arrange everything and make sure all the guests got into their rooms smoothly. The rooms were very special and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I am pleased.

Liked: The size of the room was what was expected and nice.
Disliked: The room smelled like dust, so much so that the windows needed to be opened.There were piles of construction debris in the bathroom, not enough towels or washcloths for two people, only conditioner in the room.The dishwasher would not close, so not useful. In room coffee did not have any of the usual creamer type things or cups.One of the remotes for the tv was missing. There was an issue with the cable or something so what was available was poor quality.Front desk not responsive to concerns.

Disliked: Mattresses where to big for bed, they painted outside and didn't inform anyone, people upstairs had a bad dog. Someone tried getting in our room.

Disliked: phone on table not functional, TV passcode protected (had to guess it), TV blurry and channels unavailable, I had to ask to get room serviced (towels sheets, etc) and were not serviced daily, breakfast poor/lacking, some at front desk not helpful.
