Great hotel location, could do...
Liked: The room was spacious enough, the bed was extremely comfortable! Christian on the desk was impeccable and always very helpful. The free shuttle bus to Disney, Universal and Seaworld was very convenient as well. Breakfast was okay, the variety could do with improvement, as you get a little bored if you stay longer than a week.
Disliked: The air-con unit was very loud and started up and shut down with a bang every time which was very loud. As we were put in a room that could adjoin to another, even though the door was locked at all times, you could still hear every single conversation said next door. We unfortunately had 3 loud women waking up at 5:30am every day which then proceeded to wake us up early as well. Reception were good at telling them to quieten down, but then the following day they had short term memory loss!!

I won’t stay there again.
Liked: The location was good. Breakfast was good
Disliked: Our room didn’t have a table to eat on, it wasn’t as clean, our phone didn’t work, the a/c unit was weird, the gym was not what I was expecting one treadmill was working there were broken ones I don’t know why they didn’t remove them. Also the ice machines only worked on the 2nd floor and we were on the 5th floor. They don’t come clean your room until the 3rd day of your stay. The only thing that was nice was the location and breakfast. It looked nice on the website and the pool area looked like it would be a good hotel but it’s run down and out dated. I don’t think I will be going back there. They did have aShuttle to Disney world.
