Good hotel and overall good...

Liked: It was close to everything we needed to go. The staff was nice and the value was good.
Disliked: The trash, dirty towels, and washcloths weren't taken care of. Had to go down to front desk multiple times to ask for wash clothes. Sticker in mirror states if you don't want your room clean leave your Do Not Disturb sign on door. We didn't go that and no one came in and cleaned the room or gave us fresh towels and wash clothes or took the trash. Overall the hotel was great.

Liked: Room size, kitchenette, & cleanliness of the rooms
Disliked: Water pressure in the show was terrible. Like a trickle. It was literally costing me time every morning. It was sad. I requested it be fixed and when I returned from working I tested it out. The same, but I do know someone came to my room while I was gone because whoever it was peed on my toilet seat. So the first thing I did after returning from a long days work is clean & sanitize my own toilet. Also, the garbage disposal was out in the kitchenette. I requested for that to be fixed when I requested the shower be fixed, but after the pee situation I told them to just forget it. So I dealt with low, low, low shower water pressure for four nights while the non working garbage disposal limited my cooking. I will gladly pay a little more next week in OKC for a better room.

Liked: I liked it a lot, only there was no foam for the bathtub.
Disliked: There is no soap or foam for the jacuzzi

Superb

Liked: Location was good right off the 40 freeway.
Disliked: . Didn't like the "tweekers" around the hotel. Wanted to walk in the evening, but was nervous to do so.

Liked: Staff was nice and friendly we really enjoyed our stay

Disliked: Parking sucks

Poor

Liked: It’s close to the freeway only a exit down from major shopping center
Disliked: My room was dirty the room had crickets and little black bugs in the chair in the room

Superb

Liked: I loved the honeymoon suite. It had plenty of room. The whirlpool tub was amazing.
