Liked: The railing and stairs going up to room was falling apart opened the door and it was stinky the chairs at table was dirty the curtains were dirty I walked right back out went to manager and said I’m not staying here I want my money back and left didn’t get my money back either

TOTAL SLUM

Disliked: The unit was completely unbookable. Facility was FILTHY. Electrical wires were hanging out a receptacle in the BATHROOM. Floors, furniture, curtains, walls, were sticky and dirty. It looked like a slum house. Spiderwebs were hanging from areas and corners. There was a sewer outlet in the middle of the living room floor and the smell was horrible which reeked of smoke and mold. I am requesting a complete refund and ask that you REMOVE this property from your site. Finding a new property was extremely inconvenient and was a stressful on me and my family. Even the front desk looked cluttered and unclean.

Disliked: Door wouldn’t even lock and office did not sound interested all you had to do was push the door to open it didn’t even need a key

Liked: Online it had everything we wanted in a vacation “home away from home”
Disliked: The unit was not way it is pictured. Way outdated, dirty, the sheets and blankets were so nasty. We had to go to Walmart and buy all new stuff to be comfortable. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean. There was hair all over the floors, sheets and bathrooms. We didn’t have an option , our stay was already paid for and we couldn’t afford to pay for another location and wait for a refund. We made the best of it. The manager said the cleaning staff doesn’t like to clean. We had to ask for dishes, it doesn’t actually come furnished. Apparently they have an issue with thief’s. We realized a lot of people the live there. They paid for a week what we pay for a night. It makes it feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The smell of weed reeked all over. The rooms smelled we bought air freshener. We only came back to sleep. We never even ate there.
