Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Naples

Hotel was very clean and comfortable; friendly staff; very close to the venue.

Disliked: Nothing that was noticeable.

Bad location and terrible parking...

Liked: Room was fresh and clean
Disliked: Hotel was on a sketchy area and parking was awful. Hotel lobby was gross. One elevator didn’t work.

Liked: it was clean, the room was big, the towels were great, the make up removers were wonderful and the breakfast was great.
Disliked: There were no hooks in the bathroom and there wasn’t a table or anything where you could put your things. If you wanted to lay anything down, you had to put it on the floor. It was terrible.

Sold 1 Thing, Given Another

Liked: The location was the only thing that was beneficial.
Disliked: I was absolutely sold something and got something else entirely. The pictures were misleading and the pool was closed for half our visit. We were told we could use the spa but it was filthy.

Liked: The pool was closed all weekend with a sign that said it would open the next day, and it was a lie.
