Liked: Accessibility. Staff respond fast and listens. A Smile from her (receptionist) during our checking in is worth our long travel and being first timer in Napa.
Disliked: Could do some more cleaning, we found some ants crawling by the jet tub and tile floor.

Liked: Nice breakfast for the price. Great location.
Disliked: The hot tub was out of service.

nice place for the money...

Liked: room was available on ground floor, met my needs, price was right.
Disliked: on ck out told clerk, who was very nice guy of 2 items which he took note. I had found and ant on a wash cloth on the sink and that above the tub there was black mold that should be removed.

Good location, walk to fast...

Liked: good location, next to several fast food options, good breakfast, and across the street from a market.
Disliked: the elevator could use good cleaning and maintenance. breakfast was hearty.

Exceptional

I would never stay there...

Liked: Nothing good to say about this hotel property here.
Disliked: It’s outdated and a lot of things are broken. The check in staff were slow and need to be trained more properly. Not very attentive and had to wait 15mins standing in line to check when not any customers around at all.
