Pleasant

Liked: The hotel was very clean, and the staff on the day shift were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The pool was small and dirty with too much chlorine in it. The toilet seat kept slipping Maintenance said it was just like that, housekeeping sucks floors were dirty I cleaned it myself with a towel and floor was BLACK. On our 2nd day, we had housekeeping clean our room but all she did was change our sheets. Oh and the couch was worn you sit on it and you just sink in.

Liked: The staff was amazing
Disliked: The breakfast could use a up grade as well as the pull out bed. But other than that, it's a 10 out of 10. I will be back

Liked: I like the property, it was a great day.
Disliked: The only thing that was an issue for me that it wasn’t no silverware and stuff in the room

Not for babies

Liked: The hotel was well designed and maintained.
Disliked: They dont have proper permanent baby cribs in their rooms, and the team does not know how to install their portable cribs. What is is worst is they had the audacity to say: “we will help you in the morning”. So i guess they expected my baby to sleep on the couch! They have a fabulous property and team for adults, but it is useless for babies. Leaving a baby without a place to sleep is heartless and inhuman.
