Liked: Pool was only thing clean. Even towels was stain and sheets in bed was dirty
Disliked: The rooms was infested roaches and crickets. the service was not very good g5

Disliked: What I didn't like when I got there I made a joke with the lady at the desk can I get an ashtray now because I know when I get to the room there won't be one she said oh don't be one I said they're usually isn't I get to the room on the 4th floor there's no ashtray , so in the nicest way possible and trying to be funny I said okay I'll be waiting for you to bring me my ashtray she said what do you mean I said there's no ashtray up here you said there would be one I'm not coming down to get one cuz I asked for one in a funny way like joking manner but what I wasn't joking about was I was expecting her to bring me an ashtray and she refused and the only way I could get it is if I came back down from the 4th floor to get it now this could have been a funny story between me and her that we laughed about and I would have left a good review but instead she turned it into a bad experience and a bad review

Not great, don’t recommend.

Liked: Breakfast and the staff that works at the breakfast area only.
Disliked: We paid for late checkout but even with that they kept calling and trying to open the door. I called back and they said checkout was at 11, I informed them we paid for late checkout and that was that. Before the calls they opened the door 3 times, and once after the call I returned, I opened the door and housekeeping looked spooked and asked if I needed towels? Staff at checkout did not try to resolve this issue, looked offended when I brought the issue up to them. This hotel is very outdated and the pool area is fine, but the water does not smell like it’s being filtered.

Disliked: Was older , carpet was matted and dirty beds was not queen size but full , bathroom was tiny could not close door without getting into tub so the door could swing Was charged extra for not checking in on time even though I contacted the property 24 hrs in advance

Disliked: At check in my card was charged for the wrong room even after employee had my ID in their hand and the charge is still pending on my bank account and week later.While the room looked clean, we killed about 5 small roaches during our stay (and no food was being left out).
