Liked: Very clean and tidy. Large and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The night time staff was incredibly rude and kept hassling us. His attitude and hostility was completely unfounded.

Liked: I got it for a very good rate, I was skeptical but it was a great deal.

Very nice clean hotel but...

Liked: Very nice rooms. Bed the first night was very comfy in the king suite. The bed in the reg king room was not comfy at all.
Disliked: Parking stinks. Disappointed that I had to pay for waters after staying for multiple days. Bottled water should be complimentary at all times, that’s just a reflection on the establishment’s hospitality in my opinion. The bed in the reg king room was not comfortable at all. It was noisy and very hard. Pillows were about as soft as a cinder block.

Disliked: Our room did not have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. But I think that’s going to get fixed.

Decent stay

Liked: The size of the room was great, the air conditioner was strong and kept the large room cool. The proximity to Texas Tech campus was convenient.
Disliked: The property was old and even though there had been some updates to the lobby the rooms still felt dated. The caulking in the bathrooms were cracked and looked dirty. There were no hooks at all to hang towels in the bathrooms even though there was a large wall that could’ve easily had a towel bar hung there. The kitchenette could’ve had paper towels supplies for guests
