Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Louisville East

I would definitely stay here again. This place was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff was excellent, very professional and very friendly. I have stayed in many hotels that were far more expensive, but were not nearly this nice.

Liked: I love how clean the place always is. This is our 2nd stay & I really like it.
Disliked: The fact that there is only 1 elevators with 4 floors is kinda crazy due to the congestion of ppl You would think there would be atleast two! & the hot tub wasn’t in service 😞

Liked: The room was large and sleepy our family of 6 comfortably. Breakfast was great.

Liked: I like having a separate living room area.
Disliked: Breakfast the first day was not very good. Everything was over cooked. And on the second day the pool didnt open until almost 6p.

Never a better hotel stay...

Liked: The staff in lobby was great, both upon arrival and departure. The person on duty the morning of july 3rd was awesome, I asked his name but now can't recall. The room was excellent for the value, and very comfortable. Just a great stay overall and for the price, what a value! The breakfast buffet was very good, and we felt bad becaue we witnessed such abuse of the buffet but the hotel was acceptive of it, very kind.
