Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Louisville East

I would definitely stay here again. This place was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff was excellent, very professional and very friendly. I have stayed in many hotels that were far more expensive, but were not nearly this nice.

Liked: Convenient and extremely clean, comfortable and very nice.
Disliked: No low points.

Liked: Breakfast was good and location was good for Church Hill Downs as well as downtown.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep.

Will definitely stay again.

Liked: The woman working the front desk when I arrived was one of the friendliest people I have ever encountered while traveling. She was very warm and welcoming.

Noisy AC units and no...

Liked: Cost and cleanliness
Disliked: Something was making a noise like machine or AC unit that was coming from a different room and was pretty loud and was cutting off and on every 10 to 20 minutes and lasting that long. It was annoying and made hard to fall asleep. There were no electrical outlets on the nightstands.
