Disliked: Elevators were down the whole stay, ice machines had no ice every time we tried to use it, breakfast was bad-super watery eggs, dry sausage.. waffles were good. The rooms need freshened up- paint, dishwasher looked broke.. starting to look dated

Liked: Location is very nice, lots of stores and restaurants around not to far from the lake. The water park is fun. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast, eggs meat & potatoes I'm not to sure my dog would of eaten it. The pool water was very dirty & cloudy. Trash left in our room. We had 5 people but only 3 sets of towels it's was hard at first to get more.

Disliked: Upon arrival, NOT PRIOR TO, we were informed that the hotel had no power. They could not give an estimate at all on when or if power could be restored. I had medication that needed to be kept refrigerated, the door to the room needed to be kept open because the key card system was down due to the power outage and the hotel hallways were pitch black. People/kids running all over the place. Not a safe situation by any means for my family and I to stay. I had to find another hotel to stay at. I requested a refund and Booking.com was amazing in assisting. The hotel itself not so much. What kind of hotel does not have a manager on duty at all times? Why would you not notify your guests of a situation as serious as a power outage? The $250 security deposit is a joke and is NOT listed anywhere when you book online. Seems like this hotel is a nuisance since the security deposit agreement they have you sign mentions calls to the PA state police. I’ve never signed anything like that before at any other hotel. Booking.com is still trying to get my refund to me. I would absolutely 100% never recommend this hotel to anyone let alone a family. Plenty of other better, friendlier, and safer hotel choices in the Erie vicinity.
