Liked: Breakfast, pool, morning desk personnel
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed that when u booked online the security deposit was $100 but when I checked in I was informed it was $250 which is complete bs. Also that $250 could take up to 10 days to be released back. I will definitely only stay at Hampton from now on if I can’t find anywhere else . Also the jacuzzi in the one bedroom jets didn’t work

Liked: I don't know how I missed it, but there's BREAKFAST! The pool & hot tub are nice. The two-bedroom suite we booked was AWESOME! Having items like pots, a pizza pan, pot holders, and other kitchen utensils in the kitchen was a plus! An onsite grill, tennis court, and gym are all bonuses too!
Disliked: The sauna was closed. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the rooms are basically non-existent, so small.

Liked: All of it. Very comfortable and in great location. I had to leave my place by end of May after my husband's death in April. Very hard time. Still don't have a new place so chose to stay at Hawthorn for a week. It helped me decompress and breath again. Thank you
Disliked: People letting their doors slam loudly at all hours, startles you, but that's on them.

It was an alright stay...

Liked: The location and having a pool and hot tub was something ice to have
Disliked: It wasn’t clean and they kept trying to charge charges to my card through the night

Liked: Awesome staff! Room was clean, crib for baby wasn’t in room but brought it immediately. Multiple staff members stopped and talked to my sons (4&2yo). Pool was warm, room was cozy! Definitely will be back!!

Staycation from HELL!!!!

Liked: It was clean and food was good
Disliked: The fact of my sons were almost beat up by an adult male and they all minors, they were getting harassed since we got there by this group of kids well it continues all day and night and at midnight I got woke up to one of my boys telling me to get up and hurry, one of my boys got cornered by the adult male the father of those kids and he had him pinned against a wall, I can down the hallway and as soon as I turned the corner and the man knew I was with these kids, my boys, he let go quickly and tried to pin everything on my boys, now my boys can be total aholes but not like this not bullies, and besides that the grown ass man shouldn't be trying to intimidate young boys to either, well told hope staff morning hotel staff, because the man they had at their desk that night either was asleep or just not at the desk, so went and asked for a manager so I could explain what happened, had to wait till almost 9 before I got to speak to someone and when I explained everything, she didn't really do much at all, I was mad because it was my kids Staycation we only get to do this once a year and it's not easy, so basically our trip wasn't a good one at all!!!

Several Issues but Good Pool...

Liked: Indoor heated pool area was nice. Staff was very friendly. Room was bigger than expected and didn't expect full-size fridge, cooktop, and dishwasher.
Disliked: We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi for the hotel (ended up using Splash Lagoon's but kept getting kicked off), had leaking through the bathroom light both nights we stayed (no one ever even came to look at it and there were no rooms to move us to), and there were never towels for the pool. Breakfast was mediocre.
