Liked: The hotel room was clean. Liked the free wi-fi and the free breakfast. Staff was very helpful when asking for directions.
Disliked: Air conditioning was old and could use improvement.

I always read other peoples reviews before I stay somewhere, so I hope by putting the comment about the hidden pet fee, it saves the next sucker from finding out the hard way.

Liked: Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: When the website states "pets welcome" they should also mention there is a $25.00 fee attached to the room cost. Nowhere in the fine print is this mentioned. Once you arrive at the hotel, and it's already paid, you're kinda stuck without much choice but to pay - SNEAKY....

Went down to breakfast and most of the food was gone and there was a dog in the dining area.

Liked: Overall service was good.
Disliked: Remote did not work.

The staff seemed friendly; room was ready before check in time; bed was firm but very clean and comfortable. Room was clean but hot when we got to the room - it took a while to cool down. Loved how close we were to the Isleta Amphitheater.

Liked: Price; close to concert.
Disliked: Room was very hot coming in; elevator was very slow and smelt of smoke.

It was kinda blah. Felt like a nice super 8. Kinda felt like I paid too much. The value wasn't there.

Liked: Gave us new room. It was decent, definitely not above 3 stars. It was close to where we needed to be. Location.
Disliked: It's an old hotel with a facelift. The two women I dealt with, both checking in, and checking out were bitchy. Internet was out. Gave us wrong room.
