I loved this hotel. The staff was incredible, the whole hotel was spotless, the room was perfect! Everything was amazing. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in Bloomington again!

Second experience staying at this hotel and it was even better than the first. Staff was great and the room was very clean and spacious. Also a big thank you to the staff for making sure we had numbers available for a cab company to get us to and from the concert safely. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Disliked: The listing was misleading as it was a 2 bed queen suite but one bed was a pull out sofa. There was no bedding for the beds, so we asked at the front desk. We were given sheets but they only had 1 thin blanket that they could find. One bed thus had no blankets. I did not get a courteous response when I asked for reimbursement of some form. The rooms were old and very poorly maintained. Looked good in photos, but it ended there.

Very disappointed - I have...

Liked: The breakfast was fair - some things were very good, but others were very poor (dry and overcooked). Very limited and overripe fruit. Coffee and pastries were quite good.
Disliked: Our room was filthy, especially the heater:ac unit. The bathroom was in desperate need of paint, caulking and repair. Fortunately, there was no carpeting in the room but all the furniture was worn and dirty, including the extra blanket and pillows.The hallway looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed for days.
