Liked: The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast sufficient. The staff were lovely and helpful. I must mention LeKeya as she made my experience at the hotel go from a bad one to an excellent one.
Disliked: When I initially arrived I was given the key to an already occupied room. I entered a room where people were staying! I immediately went down to reception and LeKeya could not have been more apologetic or helpful, she upgraded me to a suite which was fantastic. Huge, clean and with a comfortable bed.

Liked: The hotel is very well located in the city and suited our needs. The rooms were very clean and well-organized. The room was very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious, and the kitchen was very organized with everything you needed to spend a few days. The hotel also has many areas, including a gym, a very spacious breakfast room, and a bar area if you want to spend a few hours. It also has a pool, which was very clean and beautiful. The water was very warm, so we had a great time enjoying it with the kids. We went as a family, and everything was to our liking.
Disliked: The breakfast was a very good buffet, had a lot of variety, but they didn't have milk. So traveling as a family with some children. The only negative thing I found was that the breakfast didn't have milk included and as a family, with a child, that's necessary. So I couldn't give him that food, which I had to compensate for with orange juice.
