Terrible experience avoid this hotel!...
Liked: The hotel room layout was nice, had what I needed beds,bathroom, kitchen. Nice clean pool.
Disliked: The hotel was not clean, the breakfast staff lady was extremely rude to all guests. We had towels in clean stack that were used and dirty. Our bathroom stink was clogged.

Will not stay again due...
Liked: Clean, beds were comfortable. Reasonably priced.
Disliked: Breakfast sucked, breakfast starts at 6am, it was never ready. The attendant was rude when ask if they could refill items. Picture shows fruit. Never had any fruit. It was microwaved sausage, microwaved egg patties, bagels, bread, yogurt, milk, coffee, no napkins HOT apple juice. The attendant was a smart mouth. She had words with several patrons. Was mad that she had to refill things. She had to clean up a mess at the waffle batter dispenser because a kid made a big mess so she took it out on everyone else. She had no name tag on. Same with desk attendant. No name tag not even anything on the shirt with Hawthorne on it. Air was out in the halls, foyers, breakfast area. Miserable! We are easy going people and were appalled on how we were treated. I did call corporate because I felt it necessary because they are a Windham property.

Expensive Stay from hell
Liked: Nothing Staff was unfriendly rude hotel was extremely dirty beds had to be remade because hair from last tenant was still in the dirty sheets Floor hasn’t been mopped since it was opened. To make it livable for our family I had to go to Dollar General and buy cleaning supplies just to clean it before we put our stuff in the room
Disliked: All of it It was out dated. Needs a renovation asap with a deep cleaning. Pool also need resurfacing

Disappointing
Liked: The location was good
Disliked: I had customized my room to have a smoking room and even paid more then when we get their they put us in a non smoking room and when I ask about it they said they don't have smoking rooms at all that was ridiculous and then they say that I'm not the first one to say that I think I deserve some money back it wasn't a hole lot but still I should get what I paid for. Then the last day I was their for they closed the pool and it was still closed the next day.
