Liked: The breakfast was OK. Would have been even better if sausage Links or bacon strips was also available. ( when available)
Disliked: My room had a Refrigerator NOISEY Compressor that kept waking me up during the night.

Liked: Value for the room
Disliked: Room was clean but the floors had a slick film on them. Pull out couch mattress was very thin but the queen beds were comfortable.

Liked: Spacious room, well stocked kitchenette but could not operate the stove top. Friendly male front desk operator.
Disliked: Carpet seemed dirty between the bed and window as if the vacuum never reached there. Television was not operational and when we rang the front desk a woman answered and curtly told us she could not repair the television. She offered some advice on the television operation but the advice was irrelevant. The push button to go down on the elevator was not operational so one had to push the elevator button to go up and then wait for it to go up first and then come down. The stairway exit smelled like stale cigarettes. At various time staff were focused on their phones while walking in the hall, seemed more glued to their phones then to the environment around them. When we asked the front desk person if all of the televisions in the hotel were not working she replied yes but we found that not to be a true statement as our other family members in another room had their television working. We inquired about the property manager helping with the television issue and the female staff replied that she was the only staff there.

Liked: It was a good location.
Disliked: A Room door was missing, room floor was sticky, kitchen dirty, The staff are as inrresposible as the Hotel Manager, I called the hotel before I got to it and spoked to Mr Garcia the hotel manager to request an early check out which he aproved and then told the front desk agent to charge me for the whole stay because he was going to refund me the days that I didn't stay which they were from friday to monday and Im still waiting for Mr Garcia to resolve this manner. He doesn't reply to calls or email from me or booking.com.

Liked: Close to the freeway. Easy access to Milwaukee
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great. It was just ok.
