Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Loveland

Expected better for the price.

Liked: Location, comfortable beds.Friendly check-in woman.
Disliked: Hall carpet looked dated. Room decor was uninteresting. Sofa had several stains. Breakfast was basic, I expected more based on the price of the hotel being more than others in the area.

Good stay -- helpful staff....

Liked: Coffee from dispensing was "too cool". I had to give the coffee 30 seconds in the microwave to make it good.
Disliked: Warmer coffees.

Disliked: Breakfast was low on certain choices. Coffee was out and attendant was sitting with guests, not monitoring the area.

Very nice stay!

Liked: Loved their breakfast!! Very, very, good with eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes,as well as all continental breakfast choices. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchenette in room was stocked with a few dishes, pans, and silverware. Staff was very friendly!
Disliked: The back elevator on south end of building was noisy!

Overall, not bad

Disliked: I asked for accommodations and they gave my room to someone else as me and my husband was handicap and we asked for one with the walk in shower when I booked the room twice I put it in there.

Disliked: TV’s that kept failing, low water pressure, poor breakfast, being charged twice because manager was impatient and would not wait for money being held by booking.com
