Comfortable, staff was amazing!!

Disappointing

Liked: Was close to the beach bar right next to the hotel just not enough parking
Disliked: It was our last day there and the smoke alarm in our room went out, called downstairs and the guy just took the battery out and every 10 seconds. The smoke alarm was beeping really loud. There was nothing he could do about it so from 3 o’clock in the morning till 730. I heard it until we left and checked out.. our first day was very pleasant, but our last day was not!!

Very good

Liked: The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Tiny little pillows on the king bed made it very difficult to sleep well. Please get larger pillows.

Exceptional

Liked: Room size, clean linnens and comfortable bed, ammenities,, staff and breakfast were all good.This was worth the money paid and would stay again.
Disliked: The only complaint was the dishes in the room were in the dishwasher but it was not ran. They did provide dishwasher soap so we had to run it and it's a little loud.

Disliked: Found towel behind restroom door just made me question cleanliness

Liked: Its location was so close to the beach.
Disliked: The parking was horrible. Not enough available spaces. On our first day I scanned the QR code thinking I had to pay for parking. I only paid for one day and when I showed it to the clerk at the front desk that’s when he told me I didn’t need to pay for parking. But I was not reimbursed.

Had a great time

Liked: Close to the beach. Full kitchen. Breakfast provided. Easy checkout. The Salty Dolphin.
Disliked: Showers weren't hot enough. Thin curtains do close, darker curtains do not, sun comes in bright and early every day. No vending machines. Not enough hotel parking.

Overpriced

Liked: King size bed and room with kitchenette is not small.
Disliked: Overpriced for the quality of service they offer, breakfast is really low quality and cheap.
