Liked: Room was roomy, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Very limited parking area. Parking was extra $10 a night, which was not told beforehand, and required a cellphone app. Had to park on the street.

Liked: It is in a good location since its by the beach
Disliked: That we had to pay for parking and we were not even able to park in the hotel parking lot.. Had to park in the street

Horrible and ridiculous

Liked: When we checked in, we were given our keys and was told that we had to pay $10 a night for parking. On website for policy of hotel it states free parking!!! Fine, we paid it…went to our room. Microwave was broken, dishwasher was broken. No paper towels, no pots or pans. Went to front desk and showed video. We were moved to a different room. Got settled in. Later that night after fishing all day, we come back and there is absolutely no parking anywhere for us. Mind you they made us pay for parking bc we were staying at the hotel and it is now policy to pay for parking. We had to park down on the side of the hotel by the condos away from the hotel. OUTRAGEOUS! We finally get into our room & take a shower where I almost slipped bc the metal drain was completely off the drain area. Big hole where there was a plastic pipe. (I have video) someone could have seriously gotten hurt. Showed video to front desk as was told we needed to speak to manager in morning. No manger available next day. Go bout our day and later that night after we arrive I speak to front desk about speaking to manager about everything and I was told well maybe this hotel just isn’t for us anymore. Ha, ha, ha, she is absolutely correct. We have used this hotel for about 2 years and will never be back again. We were also told that we were going to also have to pay for any towels in the future if we needed any or we would have to bring our own. Never again

Liked: Walking distance to the beach
Disliked: Patrons of the bar in front of the hotel take most of the hotel’s parking with their golf carts. Cars are required to have a parking pass but carts seem to have free reign on parking, oh and don’t park behind the hotel unless you wanna get yelled at by crotchety old men who don’t know how to park their big cars in little spots. The front desk worker told us we don’t usually put people in this room, as she handed us our keys. Hmm I wonder why? We were in the end room on the bottom floor with a view of previously mentioned parking spots behind the hotel. The tv was broken, the shower had so much hard water build up, it would take hours of soaking in vinegar to remove, you could hear every word of anyone coming in and out of the back entrance, and the person at the front desk said our room number out loud with several other guests in the lobby after she had just told someone she couldn’t tell him his room number out loud. Will not be returning.
