Loved this place!

Liked: Awesome breakfast. Clean room. Hot water. No bugs. Nice staff. Super affordable. I'd definitely stay again!
Disliked: Sofa bed didn't have sheets. It was tiny, like, for one person. But it wasn't a huge issue. Hotel is a little dated, but not a big deal to me.

Liked: The price was reasonable and staff were nice.
Disliked: There were bugs throughout the entire facility. We had to move from room 232 due to it being cockroaches throughout the entire room. And when I brought it up to the management, they try to downplay it stating that oh it's because of the weather and it's so hot but they end up moving us to the a building room 302. This room was a bit cleaner than the other but due to the inconvenience of our next door neighbor having two Pitbull dogs that continue to bark throughout the day, we weren't able to actually enjoy peace and quiet. Which brings me to my next topic.. I brought my son's Yorkie which is his service animal and certify through the Ada, the manager or whoever the lady was had to confirm that it was a service animal. She asked for proof and documentation showing that my 3 lb Yorkie was a service animal, which wasn't a big deal. But once again when I have two over a hundred pound pitbulls in the room next to me and I know for a fact that they were not service animals, it did make me a bit up set.The swimming pool outside had black mold around the walls and dirt and debris on the inside, which prevented my kids from swimming in it. But throughout the day, I noticed that there were other kids out there swimming in it and I thought to myself that was unsanitary and management or the overseer of the property shouldn't let people swim in there if it wasn't properly cleaned. There were drug deals being done that I observed down by the a building, people walking around with joints and bottles of liquor throughout the parking lot of the facility. To be completely honest, the whole facility reminded me of when I was back living in Compton. And it seemed like the employees didn't mind the illegal, extra curricular activity going on.

This place is disgusting, and...

Liked: The 1 staff member we saw was nice.
Disliked: The place was falling apart! Handles ripped off of dressers. One of the bedroom doors was missing a door knob. Carpet was ripped up and missing in places. The bathroom had holes IN THE WALL. The beds and bedding had stains on it. The thermostat had been damaged and taped back to the wall. The shower curtain was moldy. It was just an overall disgusting place for my family to be for the amount of money we had to spend.

Extended stay

Liked: The rooms were plain, but they were clean, and spacious— with plenty of room for my teenage son, my younger daughter, my husband and I. They had Wi-Fi, and the staff was very friendly— They all worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. I liked the convenience of it being close to downtown.
Disliked: Some of the rooms were not very well kept. They were not dirty, but they were not very well cared for, or maintained. (Cracks in the ceiling, walls, and holes in the windowsill’s. It smelled like mildew and mold.) They did not have enough blankets,sheets, or pillows for my family. My daughter didn’t have 1 pillow , or sheet to use on the pullout couch. She ended up having to use my robe as a blanket because they were out of blankets and pillows. They definitely need a maintenance person to help with the upkeep, and they need to buy more sheets, blankets, pillows... LINENS. Also, I needed dish soap in the kitchen, or some kind of soap to use in the dishwasher.
