Terrible. Dirty, decrepid

Liked: Good location, nice staff
Disliked: There were people doing drugs in the parking lot, the outside door was broken, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. Open electrical outlets. Absolutely terrible.

Disliked: I was told I would have a couch bed along with my other 2 beds but we did not have one in our room. I found fake fingernails on the floor and in the refrigerator. Elevator was broken.

Liked: Not much. The facility was very unclean.
Disliked: The room was in need of several repairs. Holes in the way and the thermostat was hanging by electrical wires. The morning of checkout we saw cockroaches in the hallways.

Never stay here!

Liked: The only thing we liked was the size of the room for our family of 5 and good water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: Very run down, gross carpet, sofa bed mattress was in terrible condition and we had to request sheets for it. Given only 2 towels for 5 of us and tried to get more and they said they were out. The fridge in our room wasn't working but we did figure out that in just wasn't plugged in so we did get that working on our own. Breakfast was bad. No milk for all the cereal both mornings, no gravy for hard biscuits second day, juice tasted like water. Pool is in rough shape and missing all tiles in it, just exposed concrete that was chipping away. No one at front desk and called the hotel to get help at desk and no one would answer the phone repeatedly. We got locked out of our room the second morning when we went to breakfast, neither card key would work. Again no one was at front desk to help us for a half hour to get back into our room. I saw one employee cleaning breakfast area and he would not get help for us and was very rude to us. The hotel front desk and breakfast area smelled absolutely disgusting the whole time we were there! There were several little kids that appeared to be a staff members children all running around and trying to get us to buy stuff from them all in pool area and running around front desk area both days. I like kids but it was a bit much! Staff members were not very friendly at all! We would never return here or recommend it to anyone! This hotel needs major updating, cleaning, better staff, if they are going to offer breakfast than have all items available to to eat it. My kids kept wanting the cereal there but never had milk! I asked about it and they just said they were out. None of the staff really seemed to care. Not professional at all!

Disliked: Not able to get towels or toilet paper when we needed it, you have to take out your own trash, you have to take your used towels to the desk to get them washed. If you want the room cleaned while you’re out it is an additional $10.00 per day, if you just want the beds made and towels switched out it is $5.00 per day. The staff is never at the front desk at night, you have to call them and they will come down from wherever they are to the front desk. Any staining of towels or linen they will charge you damage fees up to $125.00 depending on the article stained. Yet the shower curtain in our suite was mold and mildew stained. Our suite had a kitchenette in it and the oven hadn’t been cleaned in probably a year. Also if you leave the trash or towels outside your door for housekeeping to get they will charge you $150.00. Yet the exterior trash cans are overflowing and nothing is done about it.

Disliked: People use this place for long term living and there was always a lot of people outside or in cars or hanging out. Didn’t feel safe at all!
