Very friendly staff. Nice clean...

Liked: The location is great and the room was clean, when we finally got the room. Staff is friendly and helpful, mostly.
Disliked: The first room they gave us was full of tools, boxes, ladders, etc. I was then told that was the only room available. It was a housekeeper that went to the desk for another key card. We ended up with the room above it and hammering was going on pretty late. They couldn’t figure out my first credit card. SMH! The one I used to reserve the room. Then they added a $100 nonrefundable pet deposit plus another $10 for every day of the stay. Breakfast wasn’t great. Tv in main room wouldn’t work. Then they didn’t have the next day reserved. Another mess to try to sort out. It did, pets are welcome. I just didn’t realize they were only welcome for 100. Non smoking room but blanket had cigarette burns. Staff is friendly but front desk wasn’t very knowledgeable. IE the credit cars issue, putting us in a maintenance closet, telling me no other rooms when there were hardly any cars or people around.
