Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Bloomington

I loved this hotel. The staff was incredible, the whole hotel was spotless, the room was perfect! Everything was amazing. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in Bloomington again!

Second experience staying at this hotel and it was even better than the first. Staff was great and the room was very clean and spacious. Also a big thank you to the staff for making sure we had numbers available for a cab company to get us to and from the concert safely. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Liked: I absolutely love this hotel. It has amazing service, and amazing rooms. It was a spectacular experience. Will we return when when visit this location again!!! I'll recommend it to everyone!

The stay was fine once...

Liked: Loved the room! Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Parking lot condition needs attention, very rough and huge potholes.

Great and helpful Staff

Liked: Zach was an amazing clerk. When we discovered the room had not been cleaned, he immediately found us an upgraded room. When the T. V. did not work, he came to our room and trouble shooted the problem so we could view the news. He did so in a polite and professional manner. The next morning the manager and breakfast attendant were both very helpful in taking care of our questions and requests.

Liked: The location was right where we needed.
Disliked: The floors needed mopping. My grandkids were walking around the room barefoot and the bottoms of their feet were filthy. Also the pipes banged when using the shower. The shampoo bottle was empty. The baseboards and the phone needed cleaning.

Very poor

Disliked: Room wasn’t vacuumed, there were beans on the floor under the desk, Reece cup wrappers on the night stand as well as something sticky. Shower didn’t drain. Pool area didn’t have any towels clean. No pictures were taken I didn’t want to embarrass anyone. I’m normally not the one to leave a review but this needed to be addressed.
