Liked: Food good, room nice, clean and comfortable, all staff were excellent
Disliked: Outside of the hotel looks a little tired but lovely inside.

Disliked: Although it has had a refit some aspects look tired. No lunch in main hotel so went to golf club for basic options - breakfast was ok but main point is they appear under staffed albeit they do their best. I think it is mainly kitted out for the golfing fraternity

Disliked: On our second night the buffet was a bit disorganised and food not so good

Disliked: The rooms were very dated and overpriced for the accommodation. The walks were also very thin and we were woken by the cleaners hoovering in the next room

Liked: location is near to Hawkstone hall, comfy bed, friendly and accommodating staff. lovely food in restaurant.
Disliked: shower didn’t work consistently, room was a little dated, could have done with a couple of face flannels in the bathroom and a lick of paint
