Liked: The hotel is nice and well maintained
Disliked: They require a resort fee. Regardless when you arrive, when you leave, or what you experience, you have the opportunity to pay the $55 resort fee plus tax! This hotel is already way overpriced for what to get then they add a resort fee.

Nice relaxing

Liked: Pretty friendly service
Disliked: Not as nice as I thought it wud be for the price . Everything closed by 9 pm

Very good

Liked: It was nice that they had dolphins onsite. If you wanted to interact or just watch was an option for the kids.
Disliked: Basically the hotel doesnt care about your stay. - rooms are not clean upon check in -rooms are not cleaned along stay - activities and kids pool is broken - limited food options Long lines in marketplace for simple purchase 30-60 mins (banana)

Superb

The stay could not have...

Liked: The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Everyone was so kind!
Disliked: The location seems very secluded from any type of grocery store or convenience store.

Pool and lagoon were awesome!

Liked: Needs to be an alternate breakfast solution. 61 prime is way to pricey, which is why we went to town for most meals.
Disliked: We were very disappointed with the accommodations of the villas. Both units were dated and needed maintenance.

Amazing resort

Liked: The location was amazing! The views were stunning! Our condo & the view from our condo at the sunset village was wonderful! Everything was clean & the food & drinks were yummy! The dolphin encounter was so much fun! We were glad to have an option to get family pictures taken. We would return to this resort.
Disliked: It was pricey but we were able to find a better deal with booking.com. The drinks were very expensive & the food was pricey as well. There is not much communication among the different departments. There are different departments that you have to contact for every little thing. It would be nice if there was more continuity when planning the trip. I would ask a question about how to book a kids activity or make a reservation & I would be directed to a different department & I ended up booking things when other things we wanted to do was going on so had to pick & choose & miss things due to that.
