Haweswater Hotel

Superb

Liked: Restaurant was great, and just the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in (I usually stay in chain hotels or airbnbs so this is not coming from some world knowledgeable traveler but still!). Utterly gorgeous, wish I could have stayed longer and gone walking all around it.
Disliked: Just wish the hotel weren't so out of the way from other big hikes but that is not the hotel's fault, obviously.

Location amazing.

Liked: Location amazing, Breakfast delicious, Dinner very tasty but very expensive! Lake view rooms very comfortable. dog friendly.
Disliked: Food and drink expensive.

Liked: Picturesque location and good food
Disliked: Bit noisy due to hallway door slamming and noise from kitchen when bedroom window open. Grout needed cleaning in bathroom

Nothing seemed too much for...

Liked: The whole place was charming and an amazing location. The food was also of a really high quality.
Disliked: The pillows were a bit lumpy, but it didn't really affect our overall experience.

Liked: Location is amazing, couldn’t ask for a nicer view. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Bedrooms quirky and comfortable. Restaurant food was exceptional and quality breakfast too.
Disliked: The pillows were a bit odd but I’m being very picky!
