Decent apartment, close to everything

Liked: Convenient to everything Waikiki Beach. 5 minutes walk to the beach. FREE PARKING is a great plus. Spaces available.
Disliked: A/C did not work properly. It was very warm in the apartment, even at night, with an additional fan working nonstop. Small window type unit, that seemed to be making noise however either too small for the room size or just not working. We sent a message about it, nothing was done, not even acknowledged. A large building with 4 elevators working, one didn't, many times long wait.

Liked: Close to the beach.
Disliked: A bit old and of run down apartment; carpets were not that clean. The pool and playground areas was closed off for rebuilding the last part of our stay, which we were not informed about up front.

Much needed and we had...

Liked: Parking included in the price was appreciated. Location was nicely within walking distance of beach and amenities. Room was a little musty thus the candle we placed in the room but the blackout blinds, water pressure and bed itself were top notch. Nice to have a fan in the bedroom too. Kitchenette was useful. A recycling bin or 2 in the room would be very appropriate.
Disliked: No dislikes.

Disliked: Very hard to reach them, we had a lot of stress before our arrival with them. The apartment is old and a bit shabby. Not a nice place to spend holidays. Ok to have 1-2 nights
