Liked: Nothing went well. Staff did not provide me with written statement of room that I had rented at time of check in.As a result, I did not know that I was obligated to pay for a 4 bed room when I told them that I needed a two bed room.
Disliked: I did not like the hotel web site. There was no flag that told that I would be given a four bed room when I entered the number of people staying in the room as two. I recommend that the hotel stop using booking.com if the hotel wants to make sure there is no misunderstanding about the room they are renting.I also did not like the front desk practice of not giving the guest a written statement that lists the room charges that the guest will be obligated to pay.
