Alright, but for the room...

Liked: The location was great, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Disliked: The carpet looked dirty and had red stains, which I hope it was wine and not blood. The window was apparently double glazed, which helped with the outside noise, but the door wasn't so I could hear everyone walking past my door.

Exceptional

Liked: Extremely welcoming staff, clean rooms
Disliked: The view from the balcony was subpar

Liked: The property was clean and tidy and all amenities were easily accessible. The property was set in a great location that made it easy to access local stores and cafes.
Disliked: The room was a bit small for 4 grown adults however it was very doable.

Liked: The room we booked was t the room we recieved but after a short time we were given a different room that suited our need
Disliked: Lack of decor and facilities at the hotel
