Liked: Great location with a lovely water view from the deck. Breakfast was a delicious variety of fresh pastries, bagels and muffins. Great coffee. Cozy and comfortable room. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff!
Disliked: The shower soap could be nicer. And the 2 bottles of water promised in the welcome email were missing from my room. I was counting on them as the tap water in Maine is pretty awful.

Liked: so disappointed with breakfast, after reading reviews we were really looking forward to enjoying it. Muffins and pastries were very cold and stale. They were purchased at the Hannaford grocery store down the street, we learned that new owners had purchased it in March. the reviews we read were about previous owners,

Liked: Coffee was fine but food stale. Or as good as motel fare.
Disliked: The building needs a good airing out. Perhaps was not sufficiently heated during winter months.
