Liked: Great location. The grounds are kept nice and the hotel is clean.
Disliked: The mattresses in the rooms are getting old and they need to be replaced. Starting to feel lumpy and uncomfortable.

Chaos, they made us feel...

Liked: Food was decent, server at dinner was told about split checks before ordering, she took our orders separately and then when it was time to pay they handed us a highlighter and told each group to highlight what they ordered. It was a complete mess, and Gino was extremely rude and told us hes 4 minutes past his clock out time. There were multiple items on the check that nobody ordered, food and drinks
Disliked: Docked my boat on E1 on the side closest to the hotel, there were cleats there and it seemed fine but I double checked with the hotel if I was good to park there, they ensured me I was. Next morning my boat was locked with a cable and master lock. Hotel sent me to the marina, the marina said they didn't do it and it must have been the 3rd party. Took about an hour to figure out who locked my boat up and then they told me it would be 75 bucks to have it unlocked. Security worked with me and I didn't have to pay but it was about an hour and a half process before we could get on the water. Insane, I will never stay there again
