Good quality at a reasonable...
Liked: Good location, large room.
Disliked: It had a kitchen, but no pots or pans or dishes, so we couldn’t use it. I booked specifically because it had a kitchen.

Liked: Has a kitchen, but no plates utensils or glasses. Has a refrigerator and freezer but no ice. Clean, and beds were nice. Location

An amazing stay for those...
Liked: This inn is the best inn in Havasu for the price. Has a full kitchen, and the front staff are friendly.

Liked: Nice big rooms with a kitchen and full size fridge. Clean and well kept. Quite.
Disliked: Make sure and bring your own dishes, pots and such. The kitchen does not have any supplies.

Exceptional
Liked: Affordable and large rooms with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom area. The bed was comfy. Parking outside the door. The staff was helpful. They do not stock the kitchen (unless you request it for longer stays) in the rooms due to theft, but if you ask, they have everything you need to cook and pans were nice to use. Loved the full sized refrigerator, toaster and coffee pot in the room. Nice sized TV with cable. This is an affordable place that you can stay for a week or a month too.
Disliked: Room a little dark and the tile floors were dated. We prefer a vinyl floor in our hotels.
