Liked: The room was right next to the pool where a DJ played loud music all day until 11pm every night. The room was so close to the check in desk, we could hear all of guests checking in and other guests slamming their room doors and dragging luggage. We couldnt sleep the whole time we were there .
Disliked: The room and the noise . The staff would not answer the phone when we called .

Would not choose again

Liked: Clean. Good pillows. Nice pool.
Disliked: Construction being done - parking is hard with the work trucks and garbage dumpsters. If you want breakfast make sure you book a reservation that includes that. Bed was not the most comfortable. Air conditioning was not cooling off the room no matter what it was set at.

Service charge paid twice

Disliked: They charged me twice the resort fee and nobody is replying to my emails...Do not stay
