Liked: We liked our bedroom overall, it was well presented and spacious, the view of the grounds from our window was gorgeous!We absolutely loved that it was dog friendly and although we didn’t bring ours, definitely would bring her next time!The spa and gym facilities were good.Breakfast and all the staff were great and very attentive!
Disliked: Our only gripes would be that the pillows were not overly comfortable, so would bring my own next time, and the shower temperature was tepid at best. My wife tried the spa showers as a comparison and she said the same, soAslong as you’re not doing a big hair wash it’s bearable.

Liked: Lovely hotel with spa facilities. Very clean and well decorated throughout. Staff were friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable in restaurant about allergies. Food was delicious. 5 minutes out of Gloucester, quiet location but easily accessible for Gloucester and M5.
Disliked: Very warm in rooms, no air conditioning or fans in rooms, otherwise lovely. Overlooked a kettle in room!

Disliked: The hotel was disappointing when we arrived as the rooms had horrendous views but they changed all of them without any issues which was great.
