Liked: Staff were absolutely lovely, hotel room was nice and cot was provided which was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing Brexitland again.

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: I’m so fed up of being ripped off in Brexitland. The hotel is overpriced, the rooms are worn out, there is no air conditioning and there is a tiny sink in bathroom that is so small you can’t quite fill the room kettle from it. The room is cleanish but an overall and big disappointment. The town was desolate and felt unsafe at night and I’ve travelled most of the world and stayed in some very disappointing accommodation but I’m afraid this is the most expensive for the worst accommodation by miles.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was shabby! Wallpaper hanging off, holes in doors with filler in and not painted. No air con or fan. Family room for 4 booked. Only enough towels for 2 people. The worst mattress I have ever had to try and sleep on. Hard and felt the springs. Paid top money for this room and it was a total let down.

Apart from the window’ issue...

Liked: The location was great. Accommodation was comfortable but would have liked a room with a window but was adequate for our short stay.
Disliked: Would have liked a window in the room as it lacked air and I usually sleep with a window open.

Good little stopover

Liked: right by the beach!
Disliked: it was pretty good so no real complaints!

Excellent stay and very nice...

Liked: It’s in a great location and quite as I always stay in the lodge and great I can go to the hotel for refreshments & food if needed, the staff are really nice aswell and very helpful.
Disliked: One of the beds there was something not right with it & dipped which made it uncomfortable.

Stay at Hatfield lodge

Liked: Location was OK
Disliked: The first room had no lock on window also the only one plug in the room which was a double only one side worked as other side was broken, also says rooms are no smoking but room 2 is right next to a snooker hall and everybody smokes by the window and the smoke comes into the room so technically that room is smoking in my eyes as when we walked in it smelt of smoke because of every one smoking outside the window.I did complain and was moved to another room where we stayed for the rest of our stay.
