Disappointment

Liked: The price of the room was good
Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The staff was surprisingly rude, showing no sense of basic courtesy. The electronic key card repeatedly failed to open the door, and I had to return to the reception at least five times. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience.Even when a staff member escorted me to the room to resolve the issue, he didn’t greet me or say a single word — not even a simple “good evening.”Additionally, mattresses from the bunk beds were left in the corridor just opposite my room, giving the area an untidy and neglected appearance.Unfortunately, the overall service and atmosphere did not meet even the minimum expectations of hospitality.

Liked: The hotel has a great location, just 10 minutes from public transport, making it very convenient. The cleanliness was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
Disliked: The rooms lacked proper ironing facilities, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortably hard, the AC did not function well.

The hotel is adequate but...

Liked: The room was nice and big the bed was very comfortable. Catching the tram to downtown was easy except it’s a half mile from the hotel.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was not good but okay I guess. We didn’t have breakfast included in our rate and when we asked how much $$ for breakfast we were shocked at the price per person. Way overpriced.
