We refused to stay there!

Disliked: Very run down

Liked: Reasonable cost
Disliked: Dirty entry door, washcloth from previous person left on shower head.

Would not recommend. Will never...

Liked: I didn’t like much. I guess it was nice to be able to park right in front of the room so I could run in and out without feeling like I was going to get mugged.
Disliked: The room was newly ‘remodeled’, but felt like lipstick on a pig. The redo was sloppy, but the flooring and table were new. There was no signal to the tv or Wi-Fi, no ice, the windows wouldn’t lock, and there were bugs coming up from the drains. There was also staining on the bed sheets, but luckily we brought our own. There were numerous people standing outside their doors smoking and it felt like drug deals going down all around us. The ‘lobby’ smelled of cigarettes and the person that checked us in wore dirty pajama pants and a cut off shirt with holes in it. All that for $75, should have been $30.

Liked: Nothing we we're kicked out in the cold snowing myself husband and our 9 yr old son and service dog they would not refund anything kicked us out within 2 hours and said they would call police and we have no place to go .
Disliked: Got kicked for asking for clean bed linings for my son's bed because he had accident so he kicked us out on the street in the cold snowing myself entire family w no refund and we were paid till Fri and I cleaned my own room toilet swept mopped and took my trash out .

The place has bed bugs...

Liked: It was a motel. I wanted first floor access. Front desk and maintenance personnel were receptive to the bed bug problem management was not.
Disliked: BED BUGS. My 1st experience and hope to be my last. Pillows were bought second hand. They had another motels name on them. Used soap in the tub. Filthy white towel behind end table . Room was disgusting. Management didn't want to refund my stay and knew of the issue. The cost cutting corners of this motel are public health risk!
