Great hotel but disappointing reception!

Liked: Very nice big room and bathroom.
Disliked: Woman at reception very unhelpful: couldn't/wouldn't tell us which bus runs to station ... (stop turned out to be around the corner).

Liked: The hotel and staff were just lovely. We enjoyed a delicious relaxing breakfast each morning. HasHotel was right around the corner from old town and a short walk to the train station. We had a great stay!
