Overall due to the Manager...

Liked: Manager was so professional and courteous, he made me feel so welcomed. Bar & restaurant staff were super friendly as well, made my stay a lot brighter.
Disliked: Reception staff needs to practice more on their customer service. They did not make me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in, at least from my experience. For example, on my last day there I sat at the bar to order a Mimosa and waited around 10-15 minutes, and no one even bother to inform me that the bar was closed. The 2 people from the reception area saw me sitting there. I had to get up and ask if anyone was at the bar and that's when they informed me that the bar was closed and not available at that time.

It’s a 3 star hotel,...

Liked: The grounds are beautiful and harvest table was very good.
Disliked: The walls are too thin. You can hear the upstairs guests walking and talking and slamming doors. The mattress cover kept coming off all night and there was hair under the cover. So it made it very comfortable to sleep on.
