Liked: staff was extremely rude. should have stayed at the other property across the street. We traveled as a group and a few of us had the same experience with RUDE staff members

Liked: The room was paid through affirm and when we arrived the desk clerk said he could not find the reservation and he said he needed a card while I called booking.com. booking.com called the desk clerk and had him put the correct information in. The desk clerk refused to release my card of $445.00. To date this money is still on hold and I can't have access. I called to speak to a manager but no one will return my call. If this is not taken care of today I am filling charges against Marriott for poor business practice. Feel free to contact me. The say was 11/23-11/25 John Barnes. My name is Mary Taylor- I paid for the stay.
