Located beside the Harbor in the picturesque town of Whitby Harrys Lounge features a contemporary bar serving a variety of freshly prepared cocktails. It is less than a mile from Whitby Rail Station and has free Wi-Fi throughout. The on-site restaurant offers uninterrupted views of Whitby's historic port as well as locally caught seafood and meat from the local butcher. Harrys offers a unique starter-size menu where everything comes in small portions. All rooms feature sea views and are decorated with accent walls and modern furnishings. They are equipped with a sitting and dining area as well as a flat-screen TV and an private bathroom. They also feature Indian cotton bed linen. Whitby is located in a truly scenic location as it is surrounded on 3 sides by the North York Moors National Park. Whitby Abbey a ruined Benedictine abbey is just half a mile away and Whitby Golf Course is 2 miles from the property.

Initially thoughts were that we...

Liked: Cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent service at breakfast. Lovely welcoming drink and Brownie.
Disliked: Unfortunately no parking close enough to offload luggage and during busy periods it will be a problem to find parking close to the property

Liked: Very close to the beach, shops and easy to find. Staff were very helpful with the parking and the food in the bistro was excellent. Brilliant views from the room, will definitely recommend!
