Located beside the Harbor in the picturesque town of Whitby Harrys Lounge features a contemporary bar serving a variety of freshly prepared cocktails. It is less than a mile from Whitby Rail Station and has free Wi-Fi throughout. The on-site restaurant offers uninterrupted views of Whitby's historic port as well as locally caught seafood and meat from the local butcher. Harrys offers a unique starter-size menu where everything comes in small portions. All rooms feature sea views and are decorated with accent walls and modern furnishings. They are equipped with a sitting and dining area as well as a flat-screen TV and an private bathroom. They also feature Indian cotton bed linen. Whitby is located in a truly scenic location as it is surrounded on 3 sides by the North York Moors National Park. Whitby Abbey a ruined Benedictine abbey is just half a mile away and Whitby Golf Course is 2 miles from the property.

We had an excellent weekend

Liked: The location and the views over the harbour
Disliked: The fact we had breakfast delivered to room but there was no table and chairs to sit on. Breakfast in restaurant would come at extra cost why not include it in room price?

Nice but expensive

Liked: Very nicely furnished and staff lovely
Disliked: That I paid £350 for 2 nights and still expected to pay extra for breakfast think is not acceptable when paying all that money then expected to pay an extra £8 for breakfast definitely not worth the money lovely place but very expensive

Great room and view!

Liked: Very nice room with great view. Location is great and close to everything.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little small. That was the only thing I would say.

Great location, views, friendly helpful...

Liked: Ideally located, recently renovated to a high standard, we had a room on the top floor, with 2 windows looking over the harbour and up to the abbey. Restaurant on the ground floor is beautifully decorated and serves great food, drinks and cocktails.
Disliked: Nothing
