Liked: The member of staff on reception duty the day we arrived was very helpful, especially when we needed assistance with an issue we'd experienced on our journey. The room and bed were comfortable.
Disliked: Our shower was blocked. Breakfast could have been a little more varied. The lift didn't seem to work on the morning of our stay.
