Liked: Great design, friendly staff, excellent soundproofing from outer noise, freshness, good location near public transport stations.

Highly recommend!

Liked: This was our second time to stay here. It is a fantastic location for visiting Munich. It is right next to the train, tram, and U-bahn. There is a grocery store right next to the hotel along with bakeries, restaurants, and anything you would need. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds very comfortable. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful. While breakfast was not included, there are nearby bakeries open each morning where we were able to get coffee and delicious sandwiches and baked items.
Disliked: My only complaint is the self-service laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers and neither of the dryers were working. We had to hang our clothes in the room; most were dry within a day. The first time we stayed here one of the dryers didn't work. One of the reasons we like to stay here is the self-service laundry in the building. No dryers is an inconvenience.

Disliked: The hotel should improve the internet reception, breakfast is a little expensive

Perfect for business travel

Liked: It was convenient to get to from hbf. The staff were super helpful. There was a good desk for working at and the temperature was easy to set
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit difficult as the door opens inwards so hard to escape. The area doesn’t have a lot of food options (but they are easy to travel to)
