Was clean & friendly; would...

Liked: Staff was welcoming, convienent for parking
Disliked: No elevator- Was assigned a second floor room. I requested a lower level room because of my disability and they told me at check in that they weren’t able to make any room switches. I did not need an “accessible” room- just one on the lower level would have been ideal having had multiple back surgeries.

Superb

Liked: Location and clean rooms!
Disliked: A little noisy.

Good

Liked: Close to the beach, Clean rooms, Staff responded quickly to any needs, Beach tags and parking included.
Disliked: The walkways to the rooms are too narrow, with patio chairs in the way making it difficult to get through with a wagon or stroller. Pool is supposed to be heated but was freezing.

Superb

Liked: I enjoyed drinking coffee in the office and talking with Katrina.
Disliked: If I had booked directly with Harris House on the Beach I would have saved $20.00 a day in booking fees and would not have the no money back policy if I had to cancel.

Amazing staff, super clean room

Liked: The front desk staff could not be nicer! Room small but super clean. Only complaint was no coffee maker in the room (but we brought our own so all good!). They have coffee available in the morning in office but it’s nice having it in the room all day.
